Bookop.com.au is an Australian based family business that started
selling books on the internet in 2005. Over the years we sold thousands
of books through third parties in cyberspace but it is only in mid 2010
that we decided to sell directly from our own website.
Our mission is simply to provide the best service. That means:
Book description:
We try our best to describe the book precisely as is. I would rather not
sell a book than have someone feel that I have ripped him or her off
with misleading descriptions.
Postage/Shipping cost:
We do not overcharge on shipping, nor do we charge a handling fee.
Timely delivery:
We mail out the very next working day after receipt of payment.
Customer satisfaction:
We pride ourselves on our honesty and fairness but we are only human and
can make mistakes. If we have overlooked a defect in our assessment of
the book please contact us so we can address the issue immediately.

Our humble beginning
| All items offered for sale are in stock at the time of listing. We
do not sell on behalf of third parties or offer any products to be drop shipped.
The content of the books and other printed matter is the intellectual
property of the authors of the books and/or illustrators and creators of other items. We at Book-op cannot and will not vouch for the
accuracy, validity or completeness of any of the content of any of the
books listed on our pages and are also not in a position to guarantee or
even comment on the fitness for purpose of any of the publications
offered on our pages. It is the responsibility of the buyer to assess
the appropriateness of the book or item before purchasing.
We use our best
endeavours to ensure that the description of the condition of the books
and other items offered for sale is accurate and complete at the time of
listing. We take pride in ensuring that the book/s that you have
purchased are at least as good or better than described but if we miss a
defect and did not include it in our description of condition please
contact us at your earliest convenience to remedy the oversight. |
